Do you have a store I can visit?

We currently have no physical store located for our customers' visits. However, we would love to send you detailed product images or even open a quick video call if either helps you with shopping. Contact us via email or through an online form.

Where are you shipping from?

We are located and shipping from Canada, but always open for our international customers as well. Feel free to chat, leave feedback, or connect with us!

For assorted products, can I give you my preferences?

Yes, certainly. If you add a cart note at the time of purchase, we will arrange it before shipping. Please do so before our shipment, which will be in 1-2 business days, so you can get what you want. If you do not contact us, they will be assorted randomly by our team.

If you have already made a purchase and want to give us your preferences, contact us via email or online with your order number.
